Great Home - Lack of Great Service

We have booked many wonderful VRBO’s. This is a great home with lack of great service. Within 5-minutes of walking around the home our socks were covered in dirt. There were tools left out in the bbq deck area. The pool is advertised in the “amenities” but beware that it is not heated and when you ask about being able to heat the pool the property management will let you know that the pool is not meant to be used. That being said, I would just look up the property management (Square House) and the reviews can speak for itself. The coffee maker also didn’t work. They dropped off a mini coffee maker and a vacuum day 3 of our 5-day stay but there was no offer to come clean the floors. The home is in a great area of Dallas and aims to be a luxury property but it’s unfortunate that the quality and service of what was advertised fell short of what you think you are booking.
