Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature and pool heat is not offered. That's when it's hot tub season! The hot tub is always available and guest controlled at no additional cost.

Secure gated parking plus a three-car garage with space for up to six vehicles.

City-required exterior security cameras are located at the front walkway and back gate. There are no interior cameras and no cameras in private guest areas.

Wonderful Family Stay at a Beautiful HomeThe house exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how exceptionally clean and well maintained everything was. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure the property was in perfect condition for guests.Among all the houses we have stayed in, my family unanimously agreed that this was the most comfortable. The living spaces, including both the sofa and the beds, were incredibly cozy, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together.The kitchen was outstanding and came stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. It was the best-equipped kitchen we have ever experienced in a rental home, which made preparing meals and snacks effortless and enjoyable.Crista, our host, was absolutely fabulous. She was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever we needed it. Her friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant.The pool and hot tub were especially popular with the grandkids, who spent hours enjoying them each day. Very spacious, well decorated home. Lots of room for the 5 of us. Pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay at the property again. Property manager was very responsive and provided all the detailed information we needed for the trip. Highly recommend.

This house was fabulous! It was very clean and very modern. We felt very safe staying there. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because each bedroom didn’t have a king size bed. The location was great and we found shopping and restaurants nearby! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Home away from home

STOP LOOKING. You found your rental. It is prettier than a castle, better equipped than the white house (the scissors don't work). Soft sheets, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, formal dining, game room and an amazing backyard with a pool and jacuzzi. We left feeling peaceful and relaxed. Good luck driving down the alley. Beautiful Home with Everything You Need!

This home was perfect for our family of 7! There was plenty of space, super comfortable beds, and a beautiful pool that the entire family enjoyed! We had everything we needed there from cookware, to pool towels and even a stocked bathroom! The pool table and shuffle board kept all of us entertained and were in excellent shape. I can honestly say the pictures show the exact shape and the condition the home are in......which is definitely 5 Star! The Host Crista was super responsive to questions, and since we didnt have many, she even took the time out of her day to check in on us to make sure there wasnt anything else we needed! I will be recommending this home to Everyone I know that needs to stay in the area and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful Home for a Family Holiday

This house is immaculate designed and very clean. It is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Very close to the Shops at Legacy and many restaurants. Perfect family retreat

We had a wonderful experience in this home. Everything was very clean and the beds were all so comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Our family enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool table and shuffleboard room. It was in the perfect location for all the plans we had during our visit and very close to numerous shopping and dining options. Communication with the host was wonderful and we had no issues during our stay. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with modern upgrades.

We enjoyed our stay as a family visiting the Dallas area for the first time. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood and community. The house was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. Our teens enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool hot tub. We highly recommend this place.
