Everything was great! Highly recommend staying here. Atmosphere was wonderful, Clean rooms, view of the AT&T center was absolutely perfect, walking distance to Texas Live! (Across the street) if you're thinking of staying here, just do it. Location itself is worth it.

Beautiful luxurious hotel with optional valet parking. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Food from the hotel restaurant was amazing. Bar staff was excellent as well. Great location to stay if you're attending an event or game at any of the nearby stadiums that are walking distance from the hotel.

This was my first stay at Loews Arlington, though I have had consistently excellent experiences at their sister property Live! by Loews. Unfortunately, this visit raised significant concerns regarding professionalism, safety, and guest treatment. The valet team’s conduct was wholly inappropriate. One employee directed profane and derogatory language toward me, and multiple staff members escalated the situation by surrounding my husband in a manner that felt threatening. Our initial request—related to a documented medical condition—was dismissed, and a promised management follow-up never occurred. The employee responsible continued working throughout our stay, further contributing to an uncomfortable and hostile environment. For a brand positioned as a luxury hospitality provider, the lack of accountability, oversight, and guest care demonstrated during this visit is unacceptable. I hope senior leadership will review this matter seriously, as the experience did not reflect Loews standards.
