Renovated by legendary home builder Nickey Oates in 2020, this 6,000 sq/ft home is ideally located directly south of SMU. Every bedroom features, at a minimum, a king size electrically adjustable bed with Sheex linens, a 55” 4K Samsung/Sony TV, Sonos surround sound, and an updated bathroom with Toto bidet system & high flow Speakman shower heads. The master takes things even further!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. The most complete experience I have had with VRBO! We lacked for nothing from all of the fabulous amenities to our requests being met by the owners. The house is spacious and comfortable with high end accommodations.Would highly recommend for large groups.

The best VRBO EVER!

I have stayed in 20 VRBO’s and this place knocked it out of the park. Everything about it made our stay so enjoyable. Got this for my son’s wedding and had family and friends. The house is beautiful and is in the best location. I can’t wait to go back. And I will! The house is spacious and has everything you need to entertain and then some. Rex, our gracious host, was readily available to answer any questions and help with anything we needed. I was beyond thrilled with my choice. Can’t wait to get back!

Great Contemporary House on Beverly

Rex is a great host, more than amenable and will go above and beyond to help out with anything around property. House is VERY contemporary, and the most high tech house I’ve ever been in. From TVs, Doors, Beds, Mirrors, even Toilets( they are all digital and automatic) everything is technology driven. First floor has a massive kitchen with anything and everything you could think of, as well as a large living room,and dining room for hosting a large amount of people. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, which was nice when everyone else is congregating downstairs. The master bedroom is giant as well, and very interesting. There is also a great outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, and pool. No shortage of huge TVs everywhere which is nice when you have a large party with different preferences. Can’t reiterate enough, how helpful Rex was with anything technical or requests for property.
