Rooms old, smelled like smoke, moldy shower, cigarette burned toilet seat, trash on grounds, inoperative security lighting, sliding door to office inoperable. Other than that it was ok.

I love it Is excelente rooms have plenty space good conditions they clean up good every day and tha price is good if a recommended a hotel to mys friends on area have to be this one

I was good hotel I love the breakfast and the afternoon person at the reception

20 years ago this place was top notch, I stayed here many times, over the years, but this last trip will be just that. Our first nonsmoking room was very smoky, when I called the front desk, I was told in hindu/ broken english that I was in a non smoking room, finally got moved to another, (Strike 1) The place was overbooked considering the lack of parking, and it did not help that much of their parking was blocked by constuction trucks, permanant trailers, and building material being stored in the parking lot. (strike 2) The very small swimming pool water was green, wrong ph.(strike 3) The next morning I thought the security guard was going to shoot as he interrogated people to enter the clubhouse fot breakfast, papers please? no, papers now! (strike 4) Once inside if one still had a appetite, you had to compete with the children of the maids and the staff, and a table of queen sized maids eating themselves to death, very unprofessional. (Strike 5) To say this place is mismanaged is compliment, in my opinion it is unmanaged, and considering who the parent company is, shame on them.

The ask for a 150.00 - 250.00 incendentials fee depending on the day of the week you check in. The room have had zero dollars in maintenance put into them in the last 30 years. At one point in its life you can see it was prob a very nice place. I checked on a rate for a month stay and thy wanted me to pay a month up front instead of by the week. ( insane stupid ). Owner couldn't be more of a moron.

Traveling for business during a very busy week for Dallas. First time staying at a Hawthorne Suites. Great location basically across the street from Love Field airport and very easy access to World Trade Center and downtown. Good amenities with a nice pool and free hot breakfast. Suite seemed recently remodeled with granite counters, walk in closet etc, but actual condition of rooms were a bit shabby. The bathroom was also less than clean and the pillows were lacking in comfort. The bed itself was fine. My only other complaint was that the phone kept ringing. Just 1 ring. But every few hours it would ring. Even at 1am, 2am, when I finally unplugged it. I would recommend it to a friend as super convenient location, with above description.

Good price on discount sites, but off beaten path for restaurants and taxis. Had to use hotel shuttle to get to nearby Crown Plaza to get taxi to convention center. Converted apartment complex into hotel rooms - Large rooms with kitchenettes, but lacking in typical conveniences like useful shuttles, which end at 7 PM so you have to get a taxi to go to dinner ! Marginal quality.

Last minute booking - It was a dump - close to Love Field

Horrible experience sink leaks upstairs room, phones don't work, ice machine, refrigerator, stove, tv channels, I can go on but you get the picture. Room falling apart looked like it had not been updated or repaired since the 80s. To many problems to list.

When we arrived there. There were two huge puddle of standing waters that no one seem to want to remove. I very worry about my children safety and with the Zika viris from mosquitos. Then we went to our room. The first thing is the carpet is still very wet walking through it's like extremely wet sponge. Second, the furnitures were all old and scratches up. It's look like someone let their dog loose to tare up the furnitures. Third, the show is full of black mole all around the sealers and it's must have created a foul smell in the shower. Me and my kids were too afraid to use the show. But my husband give it a try and OMG his sure came out quick. You can surely see the expression on his face " No, do not use that shower!" You can see there were several areas that had waters damaged before that they didn't clean up (need fixing). Forth, bubbling up on the ceiling inside bottom floor bathroom. Surrounding the sink is full of black mole. In the bottom bathroom had a ceiling door is look very creepy. It's look like something out of a horror movie. I'm very worry every time I've to used that bathroom. In my mind I've kept thinking or hoping there better not be anything or someone coming down from that door. Fifth, the ceiling fan on the top bedroom is shaking like is going to fall on top of us. Sixth, the two phone in the rooms doesn't work. That really creeping me out. I felt like I'm in a horror movie that's there are no phone are working. THANK GOODNESS there are cellphone.

It's a low-end apartment complex turned into a hotel. If you've ever lived in a dumpy apartment complex, it should feel familiar: a few cockroaches and more than a few weird/creepy folks. However, the check-in staff did fine, and the room (two-bedroom with a full-size kitchen) gave us lots of space for the price.

The staff was nice but the room having a roach problem was disturbing.

First room smelled like a dog , dirty dog had been there a long time I was given another room which was much better The staff was very nice about giving us a second room to go to . Couch was dirty and stained , we covered with a sheet The bed was very hard We did get an extra comforter to double for my daughter to sleep on It did help her a little . The sleeper sofa was a typical sleeper sofa , as always not the best mattress but I was expecting nothing better . For the rate it was ok other than the hard king mattress . Did not see any bugs which was definitely a plus . The breakfast was good with options of hot or cold choices plus fruit and yogurts

The hotel was fine except that customer service was aweful. the a/c broke and and they did not fix it after I complained. We returned to the room aftera long day and it was so hot that we could not enter. After much fusd they gave us a ddifferent room. Location is great . Good value for the money

It was very old and not clean. We opened a towel and food dropped out. The upstairs air would never come on and we woke up dripping in sweat. It was not in a good part of town. The WiFi would never connect and when we went to front desk to use their computer it would never bring up the Internet. There was very little parking so we always had to park far away. The free breakfast was not appetizing. Very very disappointed.

Nice very comfortable and clean :) definitely a great deal, looking forward to booking here again soon

The facility is in disrepair, run down and needs a total makeover. The photos do not show the present condition.

I lined eveything about the hotel but it wasnt close to the things i needed. There was a gas station with a Mcdonadls in it but that was about it.

Stay was o.k. Wifi didnt work correctly. Room was large. Odd smell though

Strange place. It's like an old apartment complex turned into hotel rooms. I really think some people were still living in some of the units. The unit itself was nice and large with a kitchen and a great bed.
