When booking a hotel, the main amenity that I look for is an indoor pool that I know my whole family will love. Well this hotel had a pool. BUT that pool might as well have been outside. The water was BELOW FREEZING. Why have a pool if you can't even swim in it comfortably? RIDICULOUS!!!! Other than that, the front desk were very friendly WHEN they were at the desk. Most of the time they were nowhere to be found. The area is kind of okay but there's a lot of homeless people within a 2 minute radius of the hotel. If we didn't need to be in Forney, there would be now reason I'd ever stay in this side of Dallas. There was a lot of people walking on the street behind the hotel so luckily we found parking in the front. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. You could feel and hear the bed springs when you sat down. Breakfast was the basic frozen stuff with old apples and some oranges. I guess it was an okay stay. I've been at better Hampton's than this one but it wasn't as bad as some other hotels that I have been to. JUST DO BETTER AND FIX THE POOL!!!!!!!! I wouldn't have even wrote all of this if it weren't for my feelings about the pool. >:(
