Out of the five nights we stayed,we had housekeeping only one day(4th day) we were told,it’ll be done alternate days while checking in,we had to go down to the front desk every time to get fresh towels or whatever we needed.The hallways were never cleaned,and so are the elevator floors,so dirty.This was not what we expected from Marriott.Would never stay here again.

The room was clean and stocked. Staff was available 24/7. The hotel was clean over all. Breakfast was good and staff attended the area well. The only downside was we went for the indoor pool and the water was very cold and the pool room AC was on insteead of heating for the cold weather in December. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this Fairfield. Our rooms were pretty clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. Only small complaints we had were that certain front counter staff members could definitely be friendlier and they seem to have issues with their room key system as our cards deactivated several times during our stay. Housekeeping staff were always friendly! Would recommend for short or longer term stays in the Dallas area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the whole facility is a bit outdated and run down. The sink in one of rooms was backed up, tiles in both of our rooms were loose, the parking lot is full of holes, and the noise from the freeway can be heard over the television.

Staff was great but that was it. We were on the 2nd floor but it felt like our room was not level. Sitting on the commode felt like we were going to fall forward and in the shower we had to stand under the water. If we walked to the back of the tub we were walking upwards. The worst thing was when the did laundry the entire room vibrated on the spin cycle. Also, there was a crack pipe next to our vehicle the next morning.
