My keys didn’t work and I wasn’t able to get into my room. The lady at the counter said someone else would be coming to the counter to help me but no one ever came so I was locked out of my room unable to have a place to stay I wasn’t able to even use my room at all

Had to be moved to a second room first one had roaches. Second rooms bathroom smelled like smoke. Trash cans were full of trash under stair well. Rooms are hotel kinda run down.

Staff was great; however, the room was horrible and the facility was not well kept. Trash overflowing by the stairwell. The first room I was assigned, the bathroom was not cleaned. The shower was dirty and the toilet had stains from someone popping in there, and the first detector was hanging off the wall. The second room I moved to wasn’t much better. Bathroom was somewhat clean; however, I still went and purchased my own cleaning supplies and air freshener because the room smelled old, stale, and not clean. Definitely would not recommend staying here. I was only there one night and I definitely regretted it.

Very poor customer service. They assigned me untidy and unclean room twice. I have to go to the front desk 4 times each day. Very poor customer service and care on top of old property. None of their appliances have ever worked. You will small bad marijuana smoke all around.

Arrived and checked in and when we tried to enter our room at night they had given it to another couple, who was belligerent that we tried to enter "their" room. Then, they had no other rooms that were clean, so we wasted an hour and a half there and had to go get another hotel. Horrible experience!

Checkin was smooth. But that’s where the positives stop. Room stunk of cigarette smoke (booked a non smoking room) room missing linen. Spoke to reception regarding odour. To the young ladies credit she offered another room. I rejected offer as expected the smell to go once door opened and spray used. Then I checked out the bathroom - there was mould all around bath and tiles. I could clean it off :( the kitchenette was dirty. The floor made the bottom of our feet black. Then the bed - the 3 pillows were rubbish folded in half and made into half pillows. Covered in stains and smelled. Woke in morning and all my clothes stunk of cigarettes. I then chased cockroaches around bathroom. Dogs in neighbouring rooms barked half the night. I would recommend find a better place to stay. Certainly not worth the money paid to stay there.

I stayed in rm 220 on the 2nd floor, and it had small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas! I had to shake my clothes and personal items to insure I did not take anything with me! This room needs to be DEFOGGED and not used until the infestation is taken care of! I was very dissatisfied with my stay!
