The location is great. Close to the stadiums. 30 mins to dallas or Fort Worth. Communication isn’t great. I reached out the day before we left asking if they allow early check in & if they could resend link. No response. After 2 days in our stay, we came home at 9pm & there were two huge COCKROACHES. I emailed the host stating “we have cockroaches” the host responded instantly asking for me to clarify. I am not sure what needs to be clarified, but I did clarify & never heard back until the next day mid morning. We ended up leaving & getting a hotel, as we were traveling with a young child. We know when cockroaches are present, more are typically near. We did not want to bring any home & didn't want our child getting sick. Long story short, I asked the host for a refund for the two days we did not stay & they said no. They said my message did not include detail & that they have similar messages from guests & want to make them aware & not requesting any action. This surprises me because I am not sure of anyone who would not want any action for cockroaches. I have included messages so you can see how this company address situations. If anything happens outside of their “bussiness hours” you are screwed. Be sure to be very detailed as they might not know if you are requesting action or not. I know bugs are everywhere. Its just that this host was not willing to help. They did not offer me another hotel unit or even a partial refund to help with hotel cost.
