They never let us into this property. After 3 hours of sitting at a 7/11 key cafe, waiting for keys and being told multiple times that the key was being delivered...nobody ever showed up, or had the decency to call my husband...which they promised they would. No one ever contacted us the entire 4 day reservation. I called in repeatedly and was told that they would told after 2 days that we would not be able to get us into this reservation. They charged a cleaning and nightly fee, which I am still trying to get back after about 10-15 calls to them and multiple emails. I've literally wasted 15-20 hours of my life and time on a reservation we never got access to and now I'm told a manager will return my call multiple times and weeks later, no one has returned my call or given me my money back. This could be just one bad situation with one of the condos in there, but no one has been apologetic, or cared that we never got into a reservation that was fully paid for. I just want them to acknowledge that we don't owe and nightly fee and a cleaning fee when WE NEVER GOT IN! Most frustrating reservation I've ever dealt with.

Don’t make the mistake we made of staying at this place!!! Terrible service, communication is very poor. Since there is no front desk, all communication is done over the phone and the people working the phones aren’t very helpful. It was a horrible experience trying to find out how to access the key and how to put it back at a Seven Eleven store. We were also charged additional fees just a few minutes before checking in to cover amenities. Once we went into our room, the very basic things were not available, such as an iron and a blow dryer and when we called to request these items, we were told the cleaning lady was off work and couldn’t bring them until next day. There were also only two small thin towels in the bathroom. One of the doors had a huge hole on it. This place is not well kept and the service is terrible. We would not recommend it!!!
