Comfortable room, we were very happy with the condition and cleanliness of everything. The bathroom in the 1 bedroom King suite is rather small though, the door nearly touches the toilet seat when opened. Staff was pleasant, good selection of snacks in the market, and but the closest elevator to the lobby was down.

Design flaw in the wheelchair accessible bathroom. While it was clean, well-stocked and spacious, the show floor needs to have a slight decline so the water drains properly. I had to ask for a squeegee to push the water back unto the shower. Otherwise, we would've needed a canoe to get around.

We had no hot running water and the weather here in Dallas was in the low 40s. They finally transferred us to a new room however the morning of check As I was showering the water went from comfortably warm to very cold and I had to cut my shower short. The Hotel Manager Rodney Aguilera agreed to comp our first night and give us a complimentary breakfast. Staff was great but the hotels plumbing condition was very poor.
