Ok hotel. Nothing bad or good to say. Close to AT&T stadium for game day.

This was just an ok hotel. The am food was not good. The juices tasted watered down, they ran out of food and didn’t refill. The rooms smell old and the carpets need to be replaced. The lobby is nice and they do have a arcade area that was nice for my 7 yr old. The pool is not warm for the winter. So we couldn’t enjoy that. The workout room was good. Close to free way but not stores.

Nice staff, very friendly , would go back! Close to ATT stadium

Nice and clean. Shuttle to the game was a great feature.

Great. Big room, clean, fast service. Comfy bed and clean sheets

The hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. I have zero complaints about my one night stay.

when we arrived there was a young lady named Jennifer taking a telephone call there was another man who work there but walked outside instead of helping us and we stood there the whole time waiting for her to get off the phone and when another man walked up he immediately helped him and we have to wait all that time for her to get off the phone. Sam was very helpful and very friendly!! Hotel was clean !! We had to change our room because the back of the hotel is facing there a train track in there was a lot of noise. Other than that everything else was great !! Free breakfast was good !! Great location !!

The beds were comfortable. We had a king room and were only given 2 towels, washrags and hand towels and 1 floor mat. The flooring was very slippery in the bathroom when wet so we had to use half our towels supply to keep it dry. They brought us extra towels when requested without any issues. The bathtub was either dirty or stained. Overall we were pleased. We chose the hotel for it's shuttle to AT&T stadium but found it was cheaper to take a Lyft instead.

Nice hotel by highway and close to ATT stadium. Need some spray bottles in gym to clean off equipment. People down there sweating with no towels or sanitizer

The bathroom in Room 224 needs a new shower curtain rod. The current one is about to fall off of the wall. Housekeeping should have noted this and told maintenance. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

The Blue Cypress is grand. The facility is clean and guests are well looked-after. Excellent value. Has easy access to the Entertainment District. Highly recommend this hotel.

Likely under new management, the hotel is well positioned in Arlington and has been developing their facilities. Its a good hotel but not nearly close to four stars. At best it is 3 stars. This isn't to say it is a bad hotel. The conference venues appear very nice. It is simply lacking the next level to be a 4 star. The location is wonderful and the parking is aplenty. The new amenities are nice and the price is, at least what I booked for, very good. Your room is okay. If you sit on the couch you'll likely bounce. The internet has moments of spottiness. The beds are okay. In room amenities are prett good for a 3 star hotel. Showers are built for short people. Carpet is old and worn.

The hotel is on a nice location right off of the highway, which makes it easy to access many restaurants and businesses. There is plenty of parking and the receptionist greeted us as we walked in. She had a dry personality and didn't smile much, but she was helpful in getting us checked in. The hotel rooms were pretty nice and we didn't have any issues with cleanliness. One of the rooms smelled a bit funky, but that was due to the old a/c unit. We opened a window to air it out and that solved the problem. Our stay was comfortable and the walls were thick enough so that we couldn't hear the rooms next door. The breakfast was a bit of a let down. There were plenty of cold options (including some VERY HARD bagels), but the waffle machine definitely helped us have a great breakfast (although we would have loved some eggs or meats!) All in all, my family had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

AT&T stadium is only 8min away and there lounge Saturday and Sunday night are good

Staff is friendly. Rooms smells like mildew. The bedding stays damp due to their terrible cooling system. Towels are rough and they are not very generous with them. Room key had to be reset DAILY. DON'T STAY HERE.

Stayed there for the football game the place was clean and everyone there was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There breakfast was good Sunday and Monday they had eggs and sausages and the breakfast was good. It was close to to stadium and had shuttle service for the game back and forth. We were able to use the pool because the weather was very hot. While we were at the pool they check the PH levels wish I thought was very good because allot of places do not check and the pool was very clean. I would recommend this place and will be going there again.
