My hope is that your stay is everything you hoped for and more. You will have full access to this manufactured home which is located at the top of the property which also provides a gorgeous view of the slough that can be seen in the photos. enjoy you favorite beverage on the wrap around deck. Bring you boat and or jet ski and tie them up to the pier that is located on the property. Its off the main water within a slough so its perfect for swimming, kayaking or just relaxing on a float. Also located near the property are some hiking trails which rang from easy to difficult for your choosing.

The kitchen is fully equipped with up to date appliances, eat-in breakfast bar, coffee maker, dishwasher,microwave,blender, and toaster.

There is free WiFi, three smart TV's, linens/ towels, some toiletries, key less entry, a pack n play, hair dryer and laundry machine.

Parking in the drive way is large enough for two vehicles with a boat trailer.

PLEASE NOTE!! This property is steep so take this in consideration while renting for any outstanding health issues that would prevent you from using the stairs which lead to and from the water. Also during the WINTER MONTHS the water level on Lake Martin is lowered. Keep this in mind if you are wanting to dock your boat at the pier.

My home is always professionally cleaned after each guest. Upon checking in, if you find anything that is less than ideal, I ask you to reach out to me ASAP so i can attempt to correct the problem.
