We enjoyed our stay at The Ocean Suites very much thanks to Lisa and Tony! They were really helpful from the reservation to room service arrangement, bedding supply and even the airport transfer. My villa was spacious and clean enough and we were happy to swim both in the main and private pool. The only con was the location. It was a little bit far from the central Da Nang, so we had to take a taxi for day trips almost everyday. But 20-minute-long rides actually gave us the chance to experience the dynamics of local life!

We had a very pleasant stay. Our place was neat and tidy upon check in. Lisa was very helpful informing us everything we needed to know ahead of our trip. Mr Vince our butler was extremely kind and responds to our messages within a minute without fail! We had no issues with the stay at all. Some parts of the villa could use some maintenance (such as bath tub, shower silicone, a small gap at the staircase - we were conscious of this as we had young children) but nothing that was unacceptable on the whole and we did not make a fuss of it. A buggy was available for driving us to/from the beach - this was an extra perk! The beach is a short walk away, less than 5 minutes, but it was particularly special to have a driver and a buggy! Housekeeping were courteous and clean. Gardeners were often seen making sure gardens were tended up. The villa is well looked after. We would definitely stay here again next time :)

ocean suite was a great place to stay in Da Nang! It was close to old town and just a 30 minute drive to the airport so it was not crowded and you can really get a suburban feel of Vietnam. The suite itself had great amenities around like swimming pool, breakfast and massage. Personal thank you to Tony and Lisa! They were amazing Concierge to our stay. We had a big group with 4 suite and they took great care of us. They message us weeks before our stay to make sure the suite will be ready when we arrive after a long flight. During our stay, they were on top of communication24/7. Thank you for taking care of us!

The Ocean Villas resort is a great private resort right on the sea front. It is quite a distance from the heart of Da Nang but not that long (or expensive) in a taxi. It was also not that far from Hoi An. Jenny, our butler, was absolutely fantastic. The in villa chef cooked breakfast was amazing both times we had this and when we needed anything from Jenny she was on hand to assist. Including arranging a driver for us to do the touristy stuff, who stayed with us all day. The only negatives is that there is literally nothing in walking distance. No coffee shows, marts or restaurants (besides the resort restaurants) so everything was a cab ride away.

We stayed at the Ocean Suites Premium Villa with 4 bedrooms. All the staff was very responsive to all of our inquiries and always very helpful. Our location was very clean and well maintained. Our whole family of 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to family and friends if they were going to Da Nang. It is very easy to use Grab to get places. The Ocean Suites is a great facility with all the amenities of a resort with the convenience of an apartment or villa. The staff make the experience 5 stars with Jenny, Lisa and the team reach out via WhatsApp to check you have every thing you need. The Nep restaurant has a wide selection and good service. And is convenient for both the pool and beach. The property is 20 minutes by taxi to either Hoi An or Da Nang shops, right opposite the golf course so factor in time and distance when considering your options. Perfect to get away from the bustle of city and perfect if you are comfortable with Grab or a driver to get around.

The staff were outstanding, especially Lily, Vince and Lisa. A short text message to them and they arrive in 10 minutes to pick you up in an extended golf cart. And whisk you off to wherever destination you want to go within the resort. The food at the restaurant The Nep was wonderful for the breakfast buffet. A large assortment of breakfast food and so many different types of fresh fruits. But honestly lunch and dinner was just ok and I can't recommend it. A simple beef burger was consistently over cooked and very dry. And their Pho beef noodle soup was disappointing. A great option: We discovered the resort next to us, a short walk down the beach named "Fusion" is wonderful. They have a beautiful restaurant on the beach called "Char Grill" with very nice atmosphere. And offer indoor or outdoor dining, outdoors offers tables steps away from the beach and the crashing waves. And they use wood burning grills. The scent of smoke fills the air. And the steak is yummy. And for kids they also make an outstanding wood fired pizza. For lunch they offer another restaurant called "Fresh" that has a wide assortment of Vietnamese and Western food. There isn't much to see outside of the resort and you definitely need a car. I highly recommend a terrific local driver named Bryan at Bryan Travel Service that can suggest activities and places to visit eg., Hoi An and nearby Marble Mountain.
