Do NOT stay at this hotel. They have no regard for guest safety or comfort. Currently, renovations are happening and drilling starts at 8am in the morning and continues throughout the entire day. Even worse are the two doors on every floor that are left open with rooms that have NO FLOOR. They are open to the top floor to the bottom floor. Anyone, a child or confused adult, could walk through and be killed. When brought to the attention of the front desk, while the staff were courteous, it was obvious they had no power to address and if fact nothing changed. Other issues: 3 of my fellow travelers had smoky rooms but they could not accommodate a move to new rooms, 3 other fellow travelers had water leaks in their room and no effort was made to correct. And one had pants returned from the laundry that were ruined due to bleach spot. You stay at the Luxury Hotel and your own peril.

I must stress that I am a native Vietnamese, and thus, there is no excuse for "Lost in Translation"! Despite prior contacts with the hotel staff, I found them obnoxious albeit with a smile, the room filthy, their charges overpriced, down to their transfer quotes. I am a frequent traveler to Vietnam, and never before have I felt so mistreated. After I had checked out and paid for my room, they still held my passport hostage "until we clear your room". What a pit!!!! Never again!

As I needed one extra night just around the corner of Memory Hostel and when in and ask for a room at "Luxury" true to the worth for the price I paid Massive rooms and bed very comfortable and well kept The balcony is small but has a good view of the river and the bridge It is a beach front hotel but great local in backpacker and busy restaurants and store

Was expecting more for the price paid for this hotel. Bed like what you would get at a $10/night guesthouse. Service OK. Breakfast the worst I have ever had in any hotel ever. Cold, little range, all Asian food, nothing Western.

I stayed here 1 night for business trip. The location of hotel is quite convenience, lots of local food store near by, it's also near Han market where you can find lots of Da Nang speciality. My room had a small balcony from there I can saw Dragon bridge at night so beautiful. Staff are friendly & supportive. The thing I don't like that are air-con quite noisy & light of roon a little dark. Besides, pilow is smell.

Went to Luxury Hotel for a massage. Prices are a touch on the expensive side given the quality of the rooms/equipment. Massage itself was very effortless and was mainly the cracking/popping noises with karate chop motion. While we paid for 60 minutes, we only got 40. The Manager tried to argue that we had arrived 20 minutes earlier than we actually had and was very rude. I would not recommend the Spa in this hotel to anyone, although their skills may be better suited to shaft manipulation provided you don't take too long.

This hotel is nice hotel. Coz. Near HAN market, and near river and rong bridge. Guests are vietnamese from HANOI, HCM.room is comfortable.breakfasts are enough and tastes. Reception is kind and can speak english.

Stayed here on business in a superior room. Overlooking the river with windows that opened. Very spacious and comfortable. Two chairs to sit on which were cosy. The was huge and comfortable and the bathroom bigger than expected. It could be noisy as it is the sort of building that will allow sound to echo. However, it was quiet when I was there....and it was fairly busy. Breakfast was typical Vietnamese, as expected as this is not a Western Hotel or one used by many westerners. If you want cereal then go to a western hotel! There was fruit, bread, toast and fried eggs to order which is sufficient. The staff were exceptional in their helpfulness and friendliness

We had the luxury vip suite which had 2 queen size beds and an area with chairs and a table. It was roomy and nice. The breakfast buffet wasn't that great but there are lots of places within walking distance to eat at. It's a veryclose walk to the dragon bridge

The staff were good in the motel. The room was ok but nothing special, we had a window to the corridor which didn't block out noise of people talking and walking through. After sitting on a Bus for too long I needed a good massage to ease my poor back so off I went to the level 7. I asked for an hour massage, they said deep or soft...I said deep. They recommended the hour Thai massage. A young girl wearing a very very short dress, she was wearing black underpants, spoke no English and kinda got me to have a shower in the bath first, no drama. Then she made a lot of clacking and popping noises with her hands for 20 minutes....weird....no deep massage yet. Then I was pointed to the sauna and directed to get in. I sat there and could hear more popping and clacking noises from the next room. After 15 minutes I couldn't breath so got out of the sauna and sat on the edge of the massage table. She finally came back and directed me back to the shower and I got dressed. She then asked for a tip! Sad face, poor me, tip please! Arghhhhh I gave in to get out of there! I will never go back! I was there for a total of 40 minutes, no deep massage and felt like I should have been a man for a happy ending massage not a woman after a real treatment.
