If you wish to have a view of the dragon bridge - you will need to request the rooms that face the bridge. The hotel is close to the night market and other amenities. Although the view from our room was lovely, the room itself was disappointing, furniture very aged - holes in the wall, very aged bathroom. Breakfast was nothing to boast about - not much of a variety to choose from, very sparse. People smoking in hotel and elevator. Our driver who took us to see all the tourist attractions was lovely. Having traveled and stayed in many hotels in Vietnam with 3 stars - this hotel is not worth 4 stars - a 2 or 3 star at the most.

Great service. They surprised us with a birthday cake in our room when we checked it (as it was my husband's birthday). They even throw in a complimentary airport pickup. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. Great view of the Dragon Bridge. Love this place and will recommend it to anyone coming to Danang.

It was very exciting to experience a beautiful city like Da Nang, we found a nice hotel with a window and the window to catch the breeze. Breakfast has many options, friendly staff. Beautiful sights and delicious local food

Superb location next to the golden dragon bridge and landmark of Danang is juz in front of the hotel furthermore a night market is around the corner. Moreover easy access to my Khe beach, Con Market, Han market and also Vinmart. Do njoi your stay here. Cheers

This hotel located so far from the My Khe beach, but near to the Dragon Bridge, front of the Han river. Lovely staff with smile and good attitude. The food was delicious. We love our room with river view and good equipment. Lovely!

We booked this hotel as it is advertised as 4 star International and it’s proximity to the Dragon Bridge...the latter being the only redeeming factor of this property! The rooms are tired, the lighting in the bedroom and bathrooms disgusting, the furnishings stained and in need of replacement. Breakfast was a ho hum affair, no bread choices for toast, serve yourself tea and coffee with no boiling water, a request for salt and pepper was eventually organised, but were given soy sauce for the eggs! There was no service whatsoever in the dining room. Hotel blurb says staff are multilingual...this obviously did not include any English....the swimming pool had a side gate that was open to locals and the pool full of children with some type of competition when we have paid to stay at a hotel with pool facility. All up one of the worst hotel experiences ever encountered in our 7 visits to Vietnam. Lastly on checkout they tried to charge us for water from the bar fridge which was our own water we had bought into the hotel!!

I made reservation for 4 nights at this hotel. Firstly, I felt a little bit unhappy with some devices in my room. It seems to be not kept up the date. However, I was arranged at dragon bridge view's room so I was in love with that view. The staff was friendly and nice but a few those can speak English

I am guessing that Riverside Hotel was one of the first high rise hotels built. It was probably spectacular but over time it appears that maintenance has not been kept up, it is still nice but not 4 stars. The bathtub in my room had a hole in it next to the drain. My room overlooked the Dragon Bridge and on Sunday night the view was great. Breakfast was geared to their Asian guests [most hotels do this] but I found plenty to eat. Staff had almost no english ability. Swimming pool is nice and large but in the late afternoon they let local people use it and it is taken over mostly by instructors giving swimming lessons and I'm guessing their parents so the next day I used in the morning but the next morning sign said it was closed for cleaning but nobody was there. At times some of staff appeared lost like thay needed to be trained better. It is great place to watch the dragon on saturday or sunday but that's it

After traveling all day, I get to this hotel, only to find out the room I paid for was not available. A more cluless desk attendant I have never met in all my travels. He couldn't tell me why the room was unavailable, couldn't tell me if they had any other room, nor could he send me cancellation to remove charges from my card. So, it's 11pm, I'm starving, with no room, $100 charged on my card, and a guy working the desk with less training than myself. Worst, absolute worst hotel experience I have encountered.

It's location is good right in front of the dragon bridge. The staff was helpful but their English is not great even when I used very simple words to explain myself. The hotel is a little old. Other than the lobby and the rooms, the common area is not air conditioned. In the near summer heat it is very hot. So you want to walk back quickly to your room. The staff was helpful but like in most of Vietnam their English is not great. The room looks clean at first but then you start finding things that are not properly cleaned. The shower curtain is badly stained. They should just throw it into the washing machine and it will be good as it is the fabric kind. The sink is not well cleaned. I know cos I clean my own home and porcelain sinks have a shiny look when well cleaned. Ditto for the bath. The wc was clean but leaks water onto the floor when flushed. I didn't complain as it didn't bother me. The sinks and bath also drain very slowly and so halfway through your shower you will be standing in a pool of water. The chairs in the room are also old and stained. Breakfast had variety but was not tasty. I used their spa for a massage. The girl was trying to look at her messages on the phone and replying in between massaging. Very unprofessional. I asked her to put the phone away as I was paying for her time. The price even with a 20% discount for hotel guests is a bit tad higher. Their toilet is dirty; stinks of urine and stained toilet seat. Not a pleasant experience at all.
