The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean but the walls are thin if you have noisy neighbors. Hotel is within walking distance to the beach. Very responsive to email inquiry with coordinating transportation from airport. Breakfast was convenient to have if you are on the go in the morning.

My first room which was an upgrade from my reservation had some ants drawn to questionable stain on sheet. I also couldn’t get the hot water to work so I complained. They moved me to the 12th floor penthouse suite and it was dated but impressive. Customer service was top notch from desk staff to doormen. Highly recommend

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, good breakfast option. The room rate was reasonable too, and I got an upgrade so it was great. The swimming pool was not fancy as it shows in the photo, and the sauna was not available. I think it is good 3 stars hotel.

The staffs are very helpful. When my sole of my sandals came off, a young male staff brought a glue and tried to fix my sandals. And the other young female staff even spoke to me that “I’m sorry, but it’s gonna be okay”. I was traveling alone so it relieved my anxiety.

As a hotels gold rewards member I'm happy to report that my status was recognized here. Great benefits were offered from remarkable staff. The hotel was quiet, very quiet for Da Nang, clean and comfortable. I was please with the breakfast selection and the restaurant but keep in mind they do not have room service here. The hotel is well located near the beach or to explore the city with nearby restaurants. I personally want to thank the management team and front desk staff here. While I did communicate with them all, Tam was very helpful. Although there was another two front desk staff members who deserve recognition as well.

Shame about the building site right next door

The hotel staff were the best thing about the hotel. There's a building site right next door and it was very noisy from about 6.30am every morning until late at night. It looks like it's going to be work in progress for quite some time. The hotel itself is a bit tired and the staff were the highlight. Without them, we would have checked out sooner. I would give the staff 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff are friendly, helpful, they can also offer extended stay for 6 hours for a reasonable fee. Breakfast is excellent, pool is clean, souvenir shop at the lobby has quality products with competitive price. Location is convenient, close to my the beach and a lot of seafood restaurants nearby, as well as other cuisines nearby. I would stay here again.

Best in Value for money

Surprisingly this hotel rooms is so clean and huge room. Extremely value for money. The service is excellent , right from the reception staff Ms. Nguyen to the staff managing the breakfast eggs counter. Location is quiet and near to everywhere.
