Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!

They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

O barato sai caro.

Péssimo. O quarto fedia a esgoto, tudo caindo aos pedaços. Café da manhã medíocre sem nada. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e quando cheguei eram duas de solteiro juntas, sem possibilidade de mudar. Toda vez que sai tem que deixar o cartão na recepção, o que é horrível nunca vi isso em lugar nenhum. Não existe serviço de quarto nem opção de comida.

Experiência péssima. Hotel muito ruim, tudo muito velho. Camas muito ruins e desconfortáveis, travesseiros horríveis, cheiro no quarto muito ruim. Atendimento de check in péssimo, estacionamento se diz disponível, mas precisa ser pago, e é longe do hotel. Somente um elevador funcionando, elevador totalmente sujo, café da manhã ruim, com poucas opções. Frigobar não tive nem coragem de abrir, todo ele muito velho e enferrujado. Não recomendo e não voltou mais. Nada do que foi visto no ato da reserva tinha no hotel.

Estadia com família no AP 806

Estadia de uma noite com minha família no ap 806. Foi bem dentro do custo benefício. Atendimento do pessoal da recepção muito bom. Café da manhã com poucas opções, inclusive para quem não pode comer gluten ou lactose. As camas eram boas e confortáveis. O banheiro estava com uma parte do forro caindo a pintura e a luz ficava piscando, parecia uma boate... O estacionamento é pago e fica na rua ao lado, da uns 200 mts. Quem preferir mais sossego é melhor escolher os quartos pares, o ímpares são virados para rua e deve ser mais barulhento. A localização é muito boa, de frente a rodoviária e bem perto do Mercadão e próximo ao centro da cidade.

Estadia péssima!

Péssima! Estrutura do hotel está decadente, camas desconfortáveis, lençóis e cobertores encardidos, banheiro horrível, sem nenhum conforto, tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, paredes do quarto e banheiro mofadasve descascando. Fiquei decepcionada com a estadia, tivemos uma péssima experiência.
