Small but good

Clean, modern, cheery aspect, very close to Curitiba airport (CWB). Although clean, modern room was more than adequate, it was extremely small, barely enough space to lay open a full sized suitcase on the floor or wiggle room for hefty hoofers like myself. With that said for the price, location, condition, peace and quiet, very attentive check in staff in was a good choice.

É um hotel bem simples de trânsito, ao lado do aeroporto, por isso é normal que precisemos trabalhar enquanto estamos de passagem. Mas a internet não tinha conexão, não há telefone para chamar à recepção. Busquei o número no Google e caiu no telefone pessoal de alguém vinculado ao hotel, que estava em São Paulo. Liguei novamente e caiu na recepção. Fui pedir ajuda à equipe de funcionários que me disse que não poderia subir ao quarto. Me passaram alguns procedimentos que não funcionaram. Desci à recepção e fui super mal tratada pela atendente, grossa. Tentei ser diplomática pedindo que falasse com calma, mas não funcionou. Logo uma supervisora apareceu para me ajudar e, com muito custo, me passou outra rede privada de uso dos funcionários e me advertiu diversas vezes de que me estava fazendo um favor, de forma extremamente deselegante. Uso o hotéis.com há mais de 10 anos e NUNCA reclamei de uma hospedagem, mas dessa vez não pude deixar isso passar em branco, o tratamento foi péssimo!!!! Não recomendo a ninguém esse lugar.
