Nice hotel. Plenty to do. Rocks on the sand leading to the water will KILL ur feet. Breakfast food not so good but all other meals tasty. Definitely recommend this resort but the birds in dining hall are annoying!

First our flight was delayed three hours so we didn't get to check into the hotel until 11:30ish at night. So we walk in and the toilet is running, and it is really hot in the room. However, it is late and we go to sleep. In the morning, we find out the sink will not drain so we can only have the water on for a few seconds at a time or the sink will overflow. So, I stop at the front desk to complain about the air. I am told someone will look at it. I stop back by the desk and I am told there is something wrong with that whole building but they are working on it. The second night it is very hot again, so I go back to the desk and complain. The maintenance man comes while we are in the room he looks at everything and says it wont work if you put it on high it has to be on medium. Then he says it should be cool in a few hours. Mind you there has been no discussion or fix to the sink or toilet. That night it get super hot again. So third day we have some presentation to join the sunscape club. As they are making this presentation I ask them, "Why would I join anything that doesn't care about there customers complaints and keeps giving us the run around?" At that point they offer to change our room in an effort to get us to join. They took us too see the new room and it was totally updated and way nicer than the first room. We ended up getting the room transfer even though we didn't join the club. If we had walked into the second room the first night, maybe we would feel different

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. The main "feature" is a rock wall 30-50 yards off the shore that creates a nice "lagoon" right off the beach, with crystal-clear water and tons of fishes: a snorkeler's paradise. Rooms are good and clean, food is decent (don't expect 3-star Michelin, but very good variety to compare with some Caribbean places), good territory, etc. On Saturdays, they have a very nice "Carnival" show. What's not great is staff, to be precise the lack of thereof. They're nice and accommodating, there's just not enough of them! When eating, it sometimes takes up to 15 minutes to get your drinks served! Several times there were simple no hostess, so after 5-10 minutes of wait we were just sitting ourselves. Other that that, it's a nice hotel, definitely worth visiting.

Todo maravilloso .... gracias.... las instalaciones espectaculares

The resort is great! Staff is extremely attentive, facilities are clean. However, the only complaint is that the food had absolutely no flavor. With the exception of the Asian Restaurant, Himitsu, every meal was extremely bland.

Took 2 days for hotel staff to reset safe , so valuables and money unsecured those days. Our room was very nice but location was close to Mambo beach very loud every night until 2am. Also at night the ac in room did not work well , room was very hot.

Never felt like a guest, always felt like an intruder Always, Just ran outof Rum? of food, of towels, bottled water Swim up bar understaffed and not friendly We were leaving tips, but by third day stopped that for poor service. World Cafe buffet, hit or miss. staff not very friendly ON the plus, the specialty restaurants and staff were great, that food very good. Dive shop gal was rude(blonde) on her phone, and we were intruding that she had to get up and unlock the kayaks/boards, even thou the were supposed to open at 9. The guy in the sports bar, was by far the rudest, did not greet us, kept watching the move on the big screen behind him. When we said excuse can we get a drink here? he said what do you want? I said how bout a blue hawaii, he said No blender'[ asked for a vodka and cranberry He said , out of vodka. This happened

The resort, was clean, good food. Snorkeling was cool saw allot of nice fish. The breakwall helped with that.

Curaçao is a great place to visit even during hurricane season since its out of the hurricane belt. My wife and I have been to half a dozen all inclusive an Sunscape was the best for the price. The resort was very nice and food was better the expected for an all inclusive. The only downfalls were the spotty wifi and the subpar fitness center.

The hotel was surprisingly good I went there with the notion that it was a small resort. It wasn't, I love the fact that walk out your room and walk all the way to the beach without going down hills the pool and food was good didn't have any problems going to the restaurant. Etc.

My wife and I were there for our Honeymoon. The resort was beautiful, the room we had was great and the staff was outstanding. There were two very minor things that we thought could have been improved. The wifi was only available in the lobby and while the restaurants all had great food and offered a good variety, there went many snack options for in between meals.

The water is excellent it's like swimming in a aquarium (very clear with friendly fish). Alex and Natalie were the best staff members that we talked too and ask Natalie for a shot of her poison it's good. Very important note only the royal tower has an elevator so if your not in their ask for the 1st floor. It's was a very nice place and we will be back next year.

Ok trip overall. Staff and food were above average. The facilities need some work. Rooms were updated, but we had no air for 2 days and no working phone in our room for the entire trip. They offered us a private meal on the beach for our troubles which was nice, but air would have been better.

As soon as you arrive to the hotel they great you with cocktails and a smile. The lobby is design with different shades of color bright and an open field of welcome. Everyone at the resort is welcoming happy to help the restaurants have great food had no complaints every day they had several activities starting from 7 AM till 1 AM in the morning. With two of the restaurants sitting outside you can view the sunset which is spectacular overlooking the city's town. You must try their free shuttle into town as well as the dolphin aquarium, The snorkeling was amazing. And for an extra relaxing time you need to try their sauna and steam and you need to treat yourself to a massage... We enjoyed ourselves had an amazing time no complaints whatsoever all inclusive really means all inclusive there.... Hope to return soon .

Our room was beyond amazing. A huge balcony and an enormous beachfront view. The staff is extremely courteous and willing to accommodate everyone's needs.

I traveled with my husband and 13 years old son. The room was very confortable, clean and quiet. It was very good each night we had a good rest. The meals was delicious and all the time my son was testing different flavors. You know how the boys are. We rent a car for travel in the island, because the taxi cost is too expensive and the public transport is not very efficient. Everything was so good. I will back again!!

Problem with tour excursions staff - Sunscape staff were very nice, though.

We had a great time. The entertainment staff was great. The food and drinks were excellent. The only thing I would improve was the information given between the front desk and the concierge in reference to setting up off site excursions. I felt we got mixed information more than we should have. Over all I would come back again and I would recommend it others.

We had not stayed at an all inclusive before so don't have much to core this to. Personally we would stay at a dive resort next time since we were there to dive. But the facility was excellent and most of the staff very friendly. Service varies widely from nearly too fast to not at all. The bars were never fully stocked and the swim up bar pretty much nonexistent. We paid for an ugrade which I could not get the hotel to acknowledge beforehand. So we were put in the preferred building which was really quite a long walk to anything and pretty boring. My biggest complaint was that the bathroom near the pool area was pretty bad and it really was a bit of a walk to go back to the room every time.the food was also, fine for us. The grill house has great ribs but when Alex isn't working the service falls apart completely. We loved our stay but probably won't do it again. But if you are looking for an all inclusive for the family this would be perfect.

Liked overall hotel and location; did not like the "club scheme" - after sitting thru their presentations, they gave us vouchers for discounts and cash cards to apply to lodging charges - hotel refused to accept them!

Thank you for your review and your feedback. We appreciate this as this helps us to improve ourselves. We are working on removing the birds in a animal friendly way, so hopefully this will help them to redirect to another part of the hotel where they can be free and not annoying guest anymore. Hopefully we are able to welcome you back very soon to the hotel. Warm Regards. Chantilly
