I liked that the hotel is right off the GAP trail and access to food, coffee shops nearby. The staff was always helpful and kind. It was clean and (different thing than other hotels) the tv was on in my room when i went in. There was a welcome screen on just for me. Id definitely recommend.

Did not like that room was not cleaned daily. We weren’t made aware that rooms were only cleaned after two days. We came back to dirty towels, trash cans unemotional and unmade beds. For the price, this should be included. Very disappointed!

Nice location where can walk to activities and restaurants and see trains. Local train-related artwork on the walls is a nice touch. Wish the AC in our room worked.
