Welcome to Casa Nirvana unit 1! Our classic Spanish style house is set back from the road with a large courtyard perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Apartment includes a large bedroom with smart TV and a secondary kitchen/living space with fold out couch. Each room has it's own air conditioner. Kitchen includes all necessary cooking utensils as well as toaster, coffee maker and mini fridge. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the beaches of Culebra on a tropical getaway but sleeps 4 people in a pinch! Located just a 5 minute walk from the airport, 12 minute walk from the ferry dock and even closer to the town center and all the restaurants and markets there. A quick 5-8 minute drive to playas Flamenco, Tamarindo and Melones. Come experience one of the best values on the island at a unique home full of natural charachter! La propiedad requiere de arreglos en la estructura. Debe incluir mayor iluminación patio delantero. Limpieza profunda en patio, alrededores y ventanas. Debe completar fumigación para evitar cucarachas (se mataron varias dentro del apartamento) una de ellas camino sobre mi hija acostada en el futon.
