Limpeza e recepção foram muito ruins dessa vez

Primeira vez que fiquei no hotel foi excelente. A segunda vez, entretanto, foi péssima. Meu quarto estava com o banheiro sujo e o recepcionista foi irônico e desrespeitoso. No dia seguinte, porém, o gerente conversou comigo e fez um excelente atendimento, o que amenizou bastante a estadia. Acho que foi um caso isolado e o padrão deve ser bom como o da primeira vez. Vamos ver. Café da manhã é muito bom.

Senhores do Hoteis.com não enganem seu consumidor! Hotel antigo, quarto ainda com chave, sem isolamento acústico, sem kit de higiene no banheiro, não trocam as toalhas, café da manhã básico (até as 9hs), banheiro limpado de qualquer jeito, camareiras andam de galocha pelos quartos e com roupas em má conservação.... enfim, não recomendo!!!
