We converted our stables into two luxurious self-contained Mews ( 1 bed & 2 bedroom apartments) in a gated courtyard setting, each with it's own terrace. Theses Mews have been finished to a very high standard, completed in 2021. Situated 7 kms (8 minutes drive) from the beautiful medieval city of kilkenny.

Beautiful Country Lodge
The setting is beautiful. Within driving distance of the major sites. The pictures show the eclectic decor which was such a nice compliment to the accommodations.
The kitchen was well equipped and the roomy walk in shower was unexpected but much appreciated.

Ballybur is absolutely gorgeous! Such attention to details. Feels fancy, but still very comfortable..we loved our time there- it was an easy spot to visit Kilkenny, Cashel and the surrounding area from!

Wonderful time in Kilkenny
This place was amazing! Clean and welcoming! Space was utilized and the four of us felt like we all had our own space while being able to spend some quality time together! Mel was friendly and made us feel at home. The location was a short ride into town and we were able to see and go everywhere we had on our list. If I am ever back in the area I would stay here again!!

What a wonderful stay
Absolutely wonderful time during our short trip to Kilkenny. It was quiet and the perfect distance away from all the activities in the area. When we arrived Mel was waiting with the keys and info we needed. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer to use. If we travel back to Kilkenny, we will most definitely request this property again.

L’un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons séjourné en Irlande. Très belle propriété. Souci du détail et somptueuse décoration. Grand confort. Bien situé pour visiter Kilkenny et les environs. Je conseille fortement cet hébergement. Parfait pour deux couples ou une famille de 4 personnes.
