Very close to airport.Nice free morning breakfast till 10am.Extremely helpfull and corteous staff.Good hotel restaurant.Hotel centraly located,close to the historic district.Safety deposit box available at front desk. I didn't like the fact the room had very little comfort to sit down to relax or watch tv,other than laying in bed.Property always clean.

Very Friendly staff- a nice safe area - breakfast til 10 (I’m not fond of many have a 9AM deadline). Also clean & spacious room. This kind of hotel would cost 3 times more where I’m from but I digress-Cuenca historical center close walk. I will stay @ Hotel Italia again.

スタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーで気持ちよかった。

チェックイン当日時間前の朝８時に着いて荷物のみをフロントに預けようと思って尋ねたとろろ部屋の用意が出来ているので追加料金無しで部屋に入れてくれた。チェックアウトも１２時が決まりでしたがバスの都合で午後７時頃迄部屋にいれるか尋ねたとろろ追加料金無しでOKとのことでした。フロントの男性も女性も常に笑顔で接してくれて気持ち良かったです。朝食も美味しいく品数も沢山というわけではありませんが十分な量と味でした。部屋のバスタブは私の使い方がわからなかったかもしれませんが下側の水栓からお湯が出なくてシャワーから湯槽にお湯を張りました。部屋は清潔に保たれて良かったですが、スリッパが無かったので次回はスリッパを持参する予定です。クエンカの街はキレイでゴミも少なく世界遺産に登録されているように中世のスペイン風の建物が残っている街でした。

El hotel es viejo, y al estar cerca del terminal terrestre lo hace ruidoso. Las ventanas no cierran bien y entra frío. No me gustó en general. Relación precio y comodidad le daría 2,5 estrellas. Espero mejoren sus instalaciones.

Very helpful and friendly staff

The good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff, which try to help you in any way. The rooms are good. If you got a room facing the main street, you might hear some traffic noice. But it didn't bother me much.
