Living room with kitchenette with a sitting area. 1 bedroom: 1 double bed. Bathroom. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Small enclosed garden at the back (3 steps to access) and unenclosed land in front of the cottage. Garden furniture. Barbecue. The small road that passes in front of the cottage is one-way and little used. Electricity, heating, linens and end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels 12€/person/change. Sheets 16€/bed/change. Gîte located in the Auvézère Valley where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow, steep-sided gorges, near a farm (cattle farm). Fishing is available in the river 500 m away. Périgueux, a "City of Art and History," is 25 km away for those who enjoy sightseeing (museums, St. Front Cathedral, Vésone Tower, Mataguerre Tower, etc.), shopping, and water sports in the indoor pool (Aquacap).
