The staff was AMAZING! The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the staff at the front desk agreed. The flooring next to the bed was lifting and pinched your foot when you got up. There was a surge protector outlet that was completely full plugged in behind the tv and the outlet itself was loose and didnt hold a plug in place.
