This cosy apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained holiday home with a pool in Dramalj and offers space for two people and an additional child. With around 35 m² of living space, a separate bedroom and a combined living and dining area with a kitchen, it is the ideal accommodation for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast.



The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, while a sofa bed is available in the living area. From the light-flooded dining area, you can directly access the private balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Here you can start the day with breakfast in the fresh air or let the evening sunset fade away. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are of course provided.



The outdoor area of the house offers many amenities that make your stay even more relaxing. You have access to a spacious pool with a sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas. In the garden, there are seating options as well as a barbecue area, and for children, a playground with a slide, swing, and sandpit is available.



The location of the apartment is ideal: The sea and a pebble beach are only about 300 metres away, a sandy beach is located approximately 3 kilometres away. Restaurants, cafés and a small supermarket can be conveniently reached on foot. The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for activities such as swimming, water sports, boat trips, cycling or tennis. Excursions to the nearby town of Crikvenica with its beach promenade and lively evening atmosphere are also worthwhile.



Pets can be brought upon request; however, a fee will be charged. A private parking space at the house is also available to you.
