The room was covered in a thick layer of nicotine and smelled like a 80s pub. The beds are the cheapest you could find at ikea. This is what we found out after paying an extra security deposit over the costs of hotels.com. (false advertising). and after 2 days the water heater stopped. No more hot water. After repair request we got an description on how to get it working instead of a repair. The towels have not been changed once during our 11 days stay. And the rooms are extremely thin insulated. Fortunatly the neighbours had a great musictaste. I travel 130 nights per year minimum. But this is a never again experience
