We welcome you to Bedgebury Oast (sleeps 10 with a max of 8 adults) - an original Oast house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terraces, patios, views, 2.5 acres of land, parking for 4 / 5 cars.

Entry hall, which steps into the large open Kitchen and Dining area.

Kitchen / Dining room - magnificent open plan shaker kitchen. Central island with stools to dine at the counter. Equipment includes an Aga, American pantry style fridge freezer, dishwasher and, twin electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee barista machine, and all your usual gadgets.

Dining area beside double open French doors with beautiful views - seats 10.

Multi-media TV lounge, 4 seater sofa, 3 seat cushions. 85 inch screen Smart TV. Netflix, Amazon and more. Super surround sound for those film buffs and kids in the group.

There are several lawned areas to the rear of the Oast, partly terraced with a lovely farmhouse table and 8 chairs. Loungers, seating and gas bbq. Summer house.
Further beyond the main gardens are a further 2 acres of land to explore including the kitchen garden area and the orchard.
The driveway is gravelled parking for 4 to 5 cars.
Games room / garage
In the grounds right by the Oast is a bespoke lodge fully kitted out for the kids, teens to adults. Large screen TV, sofa seating for 4, table and chairs for 4. safe games / playzone with mini-pool, table football, table tennis and mini-air hockey as well as a playstation (3) games console, high speed internet and Sonos music centre.
Hen parties, stag parties and all adults groups of ages under 30 are not permitted. The home is suited to family groups only.

Paradise in Kent !

We had the most amazing time at Bedgebury Oast ! The house is absolutely beautiful, so well decorated and cosy. It is perfectly equipped and has everything you need. Many great things to do in the area. We cannot wait to be back.

Beautiful Cottage

We had a lovely stay at Bedgebury Oast, the house was wonderful and in a very secluded and pretty location. The house had everything you could need and we really appreciated the little basket of goodies left for our arrival. A wonderful well kept house that has been maintained exceptionally well. Bloom Stays were excellent in making sure we were taken care of and accommodating our requests. Would not hesitate to book again

Beautiful house for a family birthday.

We stayed with our family for our mother-in-laws 75th birthday. The house was presented immaculately on arrival with a beautiful and unexpected welcome goodie box. The attention to detail was second to none and the house was very comfortable. The property was well stocked with everything you could think of from linen to utensils to fire wood. It catered for all ages and the children had lots of fun in the games room. We can highly recommend this property to anyone for anytime of year (we went in November).

Lakeview Oast

A refreshing and relaxing stay in a very comfortable Oast House! We enjoyed everything about the house, the fabulous well equipped and warm kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms with high quality shower and bathroom facilities. The log fire and the cinema room. The outlook into the garden and even the lovely horse in the field. The location was perfect for walking to the Pinetum and we went several times including a visit to the Christmas lights! We enjoyed visiting Scotney Castle with stunning Christmas decorations. We walked to Goudhurst and had a really good meal at the Star and Eagle. Despite great visits out the highlight was coming back to relax and enjoy spending time in the comfort of this lovely home.
