The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

The place is the best that is why we retuned again this yearBut I think they mead to up grade the lounge suite as it is very low for us oldies to get up from and after awhile you can feel the base of the couch

Phillip Island Family Weekend
Thank you for providing us with the perfect property for our weekend at Phillip Island. After a long day at the race track it was nice to come home to somewhere quiet and comfortable for the evening.
We will definitely be back in the future.
