Nous avons passé un tres agréable sejour à courseulle sur mer, le seul point noir est l'appartement, dommage il est si bien situé.Nous avons été tres deçu par l'état de l'appartement. - l'une des baie vitrée est demonter ( verre sortie du socle )- moisissure au plafond des toilettes - pas de socle pour la brosse des toilette (coincé derriere les tuyaux d'évacuation)- tuyau de douche abßmé - le balais de lavage est bon à changer - manque de nettoyage certain (toiles d'araignées impressionnante dans la baignoire) Le plus dommage c'est que je n'ai eu aucun retour de la conciergerie apres les avoirs prevenue de l'état. C'est vraiment dommage

Courseulles sur mer est une ville charmante, l'appartement est loin d'ĂȘtre Ă  la hauteur de ce qu'il promet sur les photos. L'accueil, tĂ©lĂ©phonique, de la conciergerie est plutĂŽt dĂ©sinvolture. Nous avons pu prendre possession de l'appartement avant 17h ( ce qui me semble ĂȘtre une heure vraiment tardive et exagĂ©rĂ©e au regard de la prestation) car aux dires de la conciergerie " les prĂ©cĂ©dents locataires ayant fait le mĂ©nage eux mĂȘmes, les femmes de mĂ©nage ont juste dĂ©sinfecter les lieux" . Alors, oui j'ai vu, les toiles d'araignĂ©es dans la salle de bain et les toilettes, la vĂ©randa qui nĂ©cessite un bon coup de nettoyage, le lavabo de la salle de bain qui s'Ă©coule vraiment lentement etc.....dommage car l'appartement est tres bien situĂ©. En revanche, il n'est pas prevu de place de parking et le stationnement n'est pas aisĂ©
