This was our second stay at this property and we loved it as much as the first time. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and in a great location for strolling downtown or heading to the park for a hike. Clara was helpful and responsive to all our questions. I’m pretty sure there will be another stay in our future!

Sedona Premier contact Clara was most helpful. Place was mostly as advertised within walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shops, heating system worked great, and shower good. Cleaning was pretty good but not perfect--something like chips on living room floor and coffee grounds on kitchen counter.

Very nice set up for the two of us. Location is great. Owner recommendations were great. We ate at the winery up the hill! Visited Jerome! Hiked Devil’s Bridge, Bell and Courthouse. Communications great. Wonderful place

Great place!

Really enjoyed the stay. The rental was clean and very well decorated. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location close to downtown! Would stay here again.

We made the right choice with this home

A sweet little house in a great location! Comforable and equipped with everthing we needed. We were glad to escape the crowds and traffic of Sedona. Walked to great restaurants and shops . Nice backyard setting to relax after hiking. The property manager was very responsive to our questions.

Cozy in Cottonwood

Perfect place for the two of us. Great location in a quiet, residential area within an easy walk of Old Downtown Cottonwood. Comfortable bed, nice living room space, nice bathroom and full size appliances in kitchen. Building looks a bit plain on the outside, but inside decor was just as pictured, contemporary yet cozy. We felt relaxed and at home, and truly enjoyed our stay. Good communication from time of making the reservation clear up to checking out.

Quiet getaway

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this quaint little home! It was cozy and clean and the communication with the host was wonderful. The small town was also a fun place to explore. We will definitely be coming back!

The location was great for our stay. The room clean. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off every time we cooked. The bathroom is very small. It needs an elongated toilet for sure. There is no room for toiletries.

Sweet Stay

The place was just like the pics. It was clean, cozy and decorated so chic. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Loved the Nespresso! The a/c units worked very well and kept us cool during the heat. Highly recommend this little gem.

Excellent Stay @ Old Town 1 Bedroom

We loved our 4 night stay at this VRBO. The house was very clean and comfortable and fully outfitted. The location is great. Short walk to excellent restaurants, brewery, & wine tasting. Easy access to hiking and mountain bike trails. This rental will be our first choice for our next trip to Cottonwood.

Perfect spot in Cottonwood

We absolutely loved our stay at this house in Cottonwood. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location for walking to most every place we wanted to go. We walked to old town, restaurants and even the state park for some hiking. The property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a Cottonwood getaway. We'll definitely be back!!

Just as pictured, extremely comfortable bed and could walk to all the shops and restaurants! Quick weekend getaway in this cute cottage. Nespresso machine was a treat, sofa was perfect for relaxing after walking or hiking. Would definitely stay again!
