Moderne Ferienwohnung in verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Wir hatten ein schönes, verlängertes Wochenende in dieser modern ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub so benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt davor und gegenüber befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das fanden wir sehr praktisch. Die Einfahrt zur Parkmöglichkeit ist etwas abenteuerlich schmal, aber durchaus machbar. Wir hatten schnell den Dreh raus. Danke für die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gern mal wieder, vielen Dank für alles.

Modernes, neues, sauberes Apartment nahe das Herzen von Cottbus.

Ein schoenes, modernes Apartment, mit eine super Renovierung. Alle Moebel, Kuche und Bad sind neu. alles eingerichtet mit Auge fuer das Detail. Den Sofa im Wohnzimmer laesst sich verwandeln in einen komfortabelen Schlafplatz. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles was fuer ein angenehmen Aufenthalt erforderlich, ist anwesend. Hinter das Haus ist ein privaten Parkplatz und direkt gegenueber ist ein Netto Supermarkt vorhanden. Von die Vermieter aus, eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und Informationen geboten, vor und waerend den Aufenthalt. Ich und meine Frau lieben dieses Apartment und werden naechstes Jahr wieder hier wohnen. Djamila und Hubert, Kerkrade, Niederlande.

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung

Eine sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohnen braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt um das Zentrum zu Fuß oder auch mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür tu erreichen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, sodass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Gerne wieder!

Moderne und schicke Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schick eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles ist ganz neu gemacht und war super sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt, was recht praktisch ist, um sich mit Einkäufen zu versorgen. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ebenso in direkter Nähe, aber man kann auch zu Fuß gut in die Stadt laufen. Insgesamt super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
