Private: natural state property, garden 300 m2 (fenced), orchard. 200 m long steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bakery 200 m, café, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 13 km, sandy beach 5 km pebble beach 5 km, shingle beach 5 km.
