Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. The pool was freezing they said maintenance replaced the heart the pool stayed the same temperature the entire stay we didn’t get to swim because it was too cold that was the point of staying there was the private HEATED pool it was dirty there was grease all over the cupboards there were bugs everywhere in there dust built up under the counters the floor was broken the chairs were broken there were staples on the floor it was not at all what I expected for my first time visiting tennessee

We saw a bear as we were getting in the hot tub.. It was a small one.. I wish I had gotten a picture. Cabin was more than roomy.. The only problem I had wasy tv upstairs kept cutting out. kids has fun in the pool.
