The fully renovated kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals, while five comfortable bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. When you`re not exploring the Smokies, enjoy hours of entertainment in the two separate game rooms featuring a pool table, arcade games, skee-ball, and a theater-style TV perfect for movie nights.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area)

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/deck.
There is also a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
