There is not one negative thing to say. The location, amenities and hep from Marialena, was excellent. The apt is beautiful and so well maintained. Exactly as described. I would not stay anywhere else!

Best Rental in Cortona

We had a lovely stay in the pallazo. Marialena was super helpful guiding us in and orienting us and she was absolutely charming as well. The house is beautiful and well stocked and it was impeccably clean every day. The pictures don’t do it justice. If we are ever in Cortona again this is where we will stay.

Absolutely amazing property in a perfect location

We’ve been to Cortona several times and stayed in a variety of properties. Palazzo Passerini is the best property we’ve stayed at in Cortona by far. It’s ts perfectly located down a quiet lane but close to all the restaurants and shops (our favorite coffee shop was a 2 minute walk). The property renovation is perfect honoring the historic architecture but with all the modern conveniences and comfort. Besides the great decor; it was super well equipped including a stocked bar for purchase and great glassware (it drives me crazy when you’re in a wine region and a rental has cheap wineglasses). You can tell the owners thought through what guests would want / need. Can’t wait to return.

Terrific location and property!

We stayed 4 nights in this property. We thoroughly enjoyed Cortona and the surrounding area. Having this place as our accommodation made our trip even more enjoyable - lots of space, everything is new, very stylish and comfortable, and close by both the town's main piazzas. We would highly recommend it!

Spacious and luxuriously appointed. Finest details throughout with flexible and accommodating host and owner. Steps away from everything needed. Professional chefs kitchen made several memorable meals. The fully stocked bar payable on honor system was a classy touch. Grateful to the owner to share such a magnificent home.
