This elegantly designed coastal home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with high-end finishing's throughout. You'll enjoy beautiful canal views from the elevated patio and access to a private dock accommodating up to a twenty-four-foot boat.

When you arrive, plug in your smart car with the provided Tesla Charger. Then enter an open and spacious living area that has premium seating chosen with guest comfort in mind. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and chic island seating. The dining area includes a dining table for six.
The spacious primary bedroom is thoughtfully outfitted with a new high-quality mattress for a good night's rest, or night owls can head out to the third-floor balcony to sit and delight in the breeze. The primary ensuite bathroom is stunning, with a modern walk-in shower and custom vanity. The second bedroom includes a walk-in closet for guests to comfortably unpack and stay awhile, and its ensuite bathroom has a shower and tub combination. The third floor also features a loft area with a daybed. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Boat trailers must be parked in garage. The garage will accommodate up to a 25 ft trailer. No boat trailers can be left on grounds, if the trailer is left on-site for more than 24 hours, the HOA reserves the right to have the trailer towed. Guest can make arrangements to store offsite at a local marina as well. Community waterways can accommodate a 25ft boat.

Spectacular.
This property is absolutely beautiful. Construction is still going on, so noise was a bit of a factor. It was close to the beach. Beautifully decorated but lots of stairs. Makes for a good workout! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay here!
Beautiful brand new home with great views! We loved staying here. This home is directly on a canal; all the interior furnishings were new and very chic, and the place was spotlessly clean. I felt like I was vacationing on a magazine cover page. The bedrooms were comfortable and had beautiful bathrooms, the detail in each space was very well thought out. We also are very intrigued by the eco-conscious aspect of this community being built, our friends that stayed with us used the Tesla charger and were delighted to have that onsite for guests! Anna Maria Island was just a short drive over the bridge, and we could explore and enjoy the beaches and all the fun places there quite easily and conveniently. High marks for the management company as well, they were very helpful and had friendly customer service. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. 5 stars, book this place!
