only thing that happened which lowered the rating was the alarm system went off 3 times early morning on Sunday...Saturday was the only time our group went out to listen to live music only to be woken early (4 a.m.) with smoke alarms going off. We called the contact, waking her up (called Service # who contacted owner on call)..Owner had to find someone that early to check alarms. CJ (maintenance) came, not once, but 3 different times because alarms kept going off when he thought they were fixed. Other than that the stay was great, but a bummer because of this one alarm incident.

We had a large group and the home accommodated us perfectly. The house was well equipped with easy access to the beach. We had a few hiccups but likely based more on personal standards and some out of control of the hands of the management.

Fun times

The house is beautiful, laid out really nice. Plenty of space, could have used a bunk bed so two of the grandsons didn’t have to sleep together. The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook with. Plenty of towels for a big family. We had 15 and we were not crowded in the least. Very nice property and will probably try to book for next year.

Excellent Property

This home is so beautiful, well-maintained, great location and so clean. My whole family loved it. Beautiful views of the coastline and convenient to town. We can't wait to come and stay again. Property management was excellent, too.

Great Family Retreat

Nice house, fit 14 comfortably, easy access to the beach. Didn’t get a five-star cleanliness rating because the dishwasher needs replacing and the grill was a mess when we arrived (the property manager sent someone out promptly to clean it). The house is located in a collection of 8 houses that are very close together- so get ready to hear your neighbors and have them hear you. Fortunately we only had one night where a party at a neighbors’ house went late into the night, otherwise no problems. The beach front is mostly clean and not too crowded. We loved having the small pool to cool off in in the afternoon. The large main floor with couches/table/kitchen is ideal to have a crowd gather. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. TV’s in every room were a plus. Having a clothing line to dry towels and bathing suits in the back patio would be a nice touch to add. The golf cart was fun.

Great place with lots of space.

This property was great for our annual family vacation. It nice to have the onsite pool as well as the community pool. The beach was easy to access from this house. Everything was clean and ready for us. The family room is spacious and well laid out.

family getaway

So many things were perfect about this house-living area and balcony excellent, bedrooms very nice. Bathrooms could use updating and fresh paint but they were still nice just a little dated. The pool was not clean when we arrived and we were told it was serviced on Tue and Fri. Not possible it was cleaned Tue because it was extremely dirty including cigarette butts. and the pump was not working. Repairs had to be made to the pump so it was not even ready until Sat and then it was still very cloudy water. Kids were never able to use the pool-the biggest negative. The extra fridge in the garage is pretty bad, but the golf cart was excellent. We went by Port A Escapes before check in time just to get an address so we could locate the property- the two women we spoke to there were not into customers service- I guess they don't like "tourists." All in all, my family loved the place we chose- great location to the beach.
