What a great place! The home was immaculate inside with all rooms remodeled and pristine. If you plan to cook a meal this kitchen has it all with a great gas range, sink and fridge. ( just wish the icemaker and water were hooked up). You will find all the cookware and utensils you need. A drink and a wine fridge. Coffee and a few spices etc. This was so nice to see when other rentals leave you little and you need to head to the store immediately. Beds were comfortable. Patio was nice though the cleaning crew didn’t clean before our arrival. I took care of that though. Quiet convenient neighborhood close to HEB and Port A. Loved our stay and a big thank you to our hosts. I will be back as it was definitely a favorite!

The door code did not work. Instructions said to use side door and enter code. Wrong door. Should have said front door. Code did not work there either. We were able to enter house with key in lock box located at side door. We tried to store our groceries in fridge which was ringing with alarm when we entered. Freezerr was not working and never worked in our 3 days there. The 3 of us are in our 70’s and could not use the back yard because of the 45 degree drop in elevation down to the canal. We had to hold on to the chain link fence since there was no rail or stairs down to water. The small throw rugs in baths had no backing and slipped when using. This home was dangerous for the elderly.

Great location; well-kept and clean home; home is very comfortable and kitchen is easy to use; pet friendly and great walking neighborhood; friendly neighbors; good restaurants close by. If we have a chance, we'll definitely go back!

Cozy home

The house was cozy and clean. We loved that we could fish from the dock in the evenings. Property manager responded immediately to fix any issues we had. They provided us with several toiletries to make the stay easier. There are a lot of dishes, pots, pans, even baby items in the kitchen. It is in a residential neighborhood which means it really quiet. Everything was fairly close. We enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
