Have stayed here twice over course of 2 yrs. Location is great but our room was a bit dated on 2nd stay with zero kitchen items outside of appliances and cabinets. Was advised of this at check in and was told I would be credited when we checked out and this has not occured. Someone a couple doors down had barking dogs on both nights we stayed there which was disruptive. Overall nice place but don’t trust what anyone says now a days. I shouldn’t have left until the credit was completed as I am worried it won’t occur now. Also booked at hotels.com but receipt provided from hotel itself was less so shop around so you don’t get ripped off.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We genuinely enjoyed the stay overall and the kids still had fun. However, the toilet in our room was not working from the time we arrived. We reported it and were told it had been fixed, but it still did not work. We were then told maintenance would come, but no one ever resolved the issue during our stay. Because of this, our family had to go from the 5th floor down to the 1st floor every time we needed to use the restroom. While we made the best of it for the kids, it was still a significant inconvenience and not what we expected from our stay.
