Very nice comfortable property!

The master bed was comfortable and the AC was amazing. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was fully equipped! We sat out on the patio a lot. I highly recommend!

Great place and very comfortable.

I hated leaving! The place was so relaxing. I had wrist surgery 2 weeks previously and I enjoyed the place so much I never left the entire time I was there. It was a much needed get away for me and the girls. They were gone to the beach while I enjoyed the place to myself during this much needed retreat from work. I only wish I could have brought my little 10 lb fur baby which missed us dearly.

View of the ocean!

The view of the ocean from the patio made this a great choice for us. The guys enjoyed golfing, we rented golf cart and chairs and umbrella on the beach and all of that was great. The elevator made the 4th floor easy. Highly recommend.

Spacious condo with nice view

Comfortable, spacious, well-furnished condo. Appreciated supply of beach towels and wagon for hauling stuff. Duel source coffee pot was a nice touch where you could use either ground coffee or Kureg cups. Also supplied a hanging rack for wet bathing suits and towels.

Nice place to stay, but needs lots of upgrading for Pamilla

This condo is not bad by any means, but there’s numerous things to improve on. First, we walk in and there were like 7-10 remotes all just sitting on the living room table. We had to figure out which multiple remotes went to each room and honestly it wasn’t easy to use. We didn’t do a lot of TV watching so it’s not the biggest deal, but at nights the kids love to watch and not having something as simple as a universal remote just felt a little behind the times. The condo did not come with a lot of essentials like most have in the past, like laundry detergent, no beach towels, etc…The dryer I think is on its last leg as it took two 90 minute cycles and the towels still weren’t that dry. Also, we didn’t learn this until late the last night we were there, but the light in the secondary bedroom would not turn off with the remote. You had to turn off the fan, which of course we didn’t want to do, to get the light off. Lastly, all the plates and silverware had not been cleaned. You can tell the dishwasher had probably not been ran and they just put the dirty dishes back. It was hard not to notice when looking at the items, so I’m surprised they put them back. Comfortable beds, but out of the five condos we’ve stayed at in Pamilla this is the only one we would not return to.

Pamilla Condo

Ocean view was wonderful, location was great, AC was cold and the place was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. There was an elevator and that made it easy to access. The down side was the front door sticks and the doors to the balcony were very difficult to open and close. The blinds on those doors were broken and you couldn’t open them to see out on the balcony. There was not enough dishwasher soap or laundry soap for the 3 days we stayed. It would be perfect if those items were fixed.

Great condo. Nice view!

Enjoyed the unit. Was very clean and worked perfectly for our group of 4. Only thing I wish the condoplex had was an area to rinse off/shower all the sand off of us and our beach stuff. The only showers are down on the beach, and you have to get sandy again after you use those facilities. Would be nice if palmilla had a nice wash station just on their side of the boardwalk or near the condo.

The best thing about this apartment is the view of the gulf which is hard to find on this property or Cinnamon Shore for less than $1000 a night. It does need an update of it’s furnishing.

More than expected

This is the second year we have made a trip to Palmilla. It has always been a great experience. There is a lot of construction going on but not near as much noise as you would expect and most of the time we were at pool or beach during the construction hours. Very clean and I have to tip my hat to the maintenance workers. The property is kept very clean and I constantly observed the crew working. On my checkout day I ran into Roger with maintenance and two other workers you were cleaning up around the pool and guest services. I was attempting to drop off my beach cart but the office had not opened yet. They went above for me and took the keys so it could be dropped off when the office opens.

Lovely condo, lovely area

Spacious, clean, comfortable this condo is everything I want in a vacation rental. It’s well maintained and the hosts were very easy to deal with. I recommend.
