It was great! The only thing that was off was that the WiFi only worked on the 2nd floor the first and 3rd floor the WiFi was spotty and would go out. But other than that our stay was fantastic!! The property had everything we needed and we loved how close it was to the beach. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Loved the beautiful coastal home, each bedroom had a bathroom, ceiling fan, a/c unit and tv. 5 min walk to the beach! Quiet neighborhood. Pool and dog park across the street. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Lots of stairs so may be hard for some. Great location.

Perfect Beach House!

This rental was comfortable and perfectly accommodating for a family or even multiple families. The kitchen had everything we could need and was very well organized. The view was great and it was an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at this property and it was exactly as perfect as the first time. The property is perfectly sized for a larger group, with space enough to spread out or gather for game night. We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach as well as the proximity to the Beach Lodge for breakfast with a view of the water.Each room has fresh, crisp linens on the beds and plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage. All of us enjoyed comfortable places to sleep and refresh ourselves. The bathrooms were well stocked with paper, soaps, and shampoo.The kitchen was well appointed and making baked goods to share with the crowd was a breeze. There are plenty of dishes and ample silverware for everyone.The upper deck was a favorite place to sit and soak up the salt air, watch the whitecaps, and listen to the breakers.Checkin was simple, with access codes provided well in advance. Checkout procedures were easy to follow and took minimal time. SIx out of six of us agree, we would all stay here again!

This is a great property. Very well set up, comfortable, clean and well decorated. The owner was very responsive to questions and made sure our stay was ideal. The view from the top deck is amazing! There is plenty of room to stretch out and 2 living areas to gather together and talk. Board games and books are there to entertain. You can also stream to the tv if you want.The kitchen is well appointed and immaculate. Plenty of counter space and a large island for morning coffee. The beach is just a 5 minute walk over the dunes and the house offers all the water toys and beach towels. We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous house with easy walking access to beach

Perfect vacation house. Fully loaded with whatever you might need. Lots of lablels so you can find everything easily.lThree levels so 3 generations of a have comfortable living space. Top floor is its own apartment.

great place to stay in Port A

We had a great family vacation. House was very comfortable and well kept. Close to beach and anything we needed in Port Aransas. Only negative, is that the upper bunks were unusable, too close to the ceiling, claustrophobic for an 8 yr old.

Sept beach trip

This beautiful three level home gave our family lots of space to spread out and enjoy some beach time. Beach was within walking distance and very clean. Lee was an excellent host and quickly answered any questions we had. The home provided everything we needed and we hope to visit again next year.

Overall great place

We enjoyed the house and all the amenities it offered. We would highly recommend this house. One thing that would be nicer is the check-in/check-out times. They are one hour later and earlier than what we see in most hotels and other rental properties. Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful Beach House

This house is maybe 4 min walk to the beach, the beach is very clean and the water was clear. The pool is right across the street easy to access. The host was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions. House is very comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable and has everything you need and some extras like beach toys & boogie boards. Very easy to rent a golfcart from salty island waves I called and they had it to me within less then a hr, the owners are very nice people. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation. Our family had a great time and will be back.

Beautiful Home Convenient to Beach!

This home is massive! There is room for everyone and then some! The kitchen is top notch. The property manager was responsive. It was hot when we arrived so my only critique is that the place should be at a comfortable temperature for guest arrivals. It did cool down once we lowered the AC's. I definitely would stay here again.

Three Great Nights

Great place take the family! Easy access to the beach, pool & hot tubs just across the street, beautifully appointed home with everything you need. Would love to have the name of the supplier of the great outdoor furniture. The only thing we found missing was the batteries in the smoke detector. Have someone check that out

Lots of room!

Our family had a nice stay at the end of the season - the weather was great, not too hot, not too cold. The beach toys in the garage was a special touch! The issue we had was quickly resolved by the host; they were super-responsive and inquired often about our stay while we were there. The best thing - we didn't have to strip the sheets and take out the trash and do so much cleaning that seems to have started being a standard at VRBOs. LOL! Lovely house!

Nice location, beautiful home

We have been going port A for several years with family and staying roughly same area- this was a great location. The house floor plan very usable and perfect for our needs. Tropical storm alberto paid a visit while we were there, so no blame to owner or property manager for that. We had our water turned off because of a plumbing problem without much communication and seemingly unconcerned at the inconvenience. Need to do a better job at maintenance and communication with paying customers. Wouldn’t stay at place operated by this company in port A again

Only one complaint we hung a company banner in order for our guess to know the house we stayed in. At 10:45 we had a knock on the door from a gentleman saying he was with the home owners association and that the banner had to come down NOW !!! I may have missed reading this bit of information in the contract!!! Regards

3rd floor bed needs help! Sinkhole in middle, no support. Woke up with stiff necks and back aches every day. Coffee pot did not work. Upstairs coffee pot had no filters. Fan in top floor bathroom does not work. Shaker lids missing, no shot glasses.ice maker did not work. Completely lost Wi-Fi on last day so no tv. TVs on main floor and bottom floor never worked.In regard to allegation of missing towels- checked with guests and no one took them. Paid 50 fee for this though. Plus side - great location and view.
