Place was clean and easy to get to. Nice deck outside. Quiet area. Kitchen was large and worked well to make meals. Short on glassware. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

The Tropical Marlin was better than the pictures! Our family of 10 was very comfortable in the house with plenty of space. The house was very clean, even considering it was right on the beach! The house is across the street from the pool which was so convenient with little kids. We loved our short stay and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice house

Great central location! Across the street from pool/bar. Sorry and pretty walk to the beach. Very clean, well stocked with linens and towels. Great kids' bunkroom. Added plus was a ginormous beach wagon, boogie boards, rafts, floats and beach toys. No need to bring that stuff with you. We didn't rent a beach buggy and didn't miss having one. Plenty of board games and puzzles. Slight disappointment that there is no grill. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Great house

The house was great for our family of 8. It did not smell at all like some of the rentals we have stayed out. The house is 3 story and has a room on the first floor with a bathroom, second floor has another room (primary bedroom), and the 3rd floor is a flex space/open concept with 1 bedroom (barn door to close it off) on the 3rd floor there are 4 twin beds and a full size bed (in the bedroom upstairs is the full and 1 of the twins). The twin beds are a little high up if you have little kids but I used the quilt to roll up and put under the fitted sheet to make a bumper and it was fine for my kids. They do provide a baby gate which is nice because the stairs are steep and with little kids blocking off the stairs is a must for me personally having them sleep upstairs. They also provide beach towels which is great so you don’t have to bring from home. They has all the kitchen things you would need like coffee makers and a toaster. Overall the house was great and very comfy! We would book again for sure.

Gorgeous!

This place was beautiful. We loved to sit out on the deck during sunrises and spent time out there during the evening as well. The unit faces the pool, so it’s nice that you don’t have a home right in front of the deck/balcony. The interior is so pretty and had everything you’d ever need. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This house was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous decor. Great location across street from pool. Phenomenal kid area on 3rd floor. Loved it so much looking at buying one!

Amazing location, beautifully decorated

We had an amazing experience in this house! There were 10 moms in the house for a weekend away and it met every expectation. The location is perfect to the pool and guest services office - right across the street. Golf carts rented through the community were perfect to get out to the beach. Check in and out was super easy! Would definitely rent again! Things to note: bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, condiments as there weren’t much extra.

I recommend getting a golf cart but get it early cause they run out quick but you can always rent one in town. Overall great experience. We will be going again next summer.

Fabulous Stay

Palmilla Resort and the home reserved could not have been lovelier! Clean and perfect for a large extended family. We have travelled the world and this is the second year right here at Palmilla We are very glad we did. The locals are wonderful. Planning next year’s trip already.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice and conveniently located close to the pool and the beach. It rained for most of our trip, unfortunately, however, there were ample TV/sitting rooms to keep everyone entertained and the Kitchen was easy to cook in and amply stocked. The WiFi was easily able to cope with our Chromecast and many cell phones and tablets. Great Rental!

Palmilla is nice, but still fairly sparsely finished, so its key to get a house that is in the completed sections and not near the construction. This house is perfect from that perspective. A couple issues to share. While the town around this area is really nice with several great restaurants, the beach can be hit or miss depending on tides and time of year. We came right after some big rains and the mosquitos were ferocious. Also, when you arrive there is an automated system to enter. Its real easy to get mixed up on which door is which unit. Follow the instructions carefully and give the support folks a call if you need help. They were awesome - available late evening on a Sunday and really saved us.

Perfect rental, just what we needed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was only my husband & I with two little kiddos. Although this did sleep/room over 10 it was great having the space! Amenities were amazing. The freezer did get stuck we noticed & couldn’t get ice but easily could at the store or guest service. That didn’t bother us at all. Beds were so comfortable & literally across from the pool which is an added plus. Not a far walk to the beach, just over the bridge really. We just used a wagon to take stuff. I’m ready to book my stay again!
