The Beach Bungalow !!

1 dormitorio, 1 unidad de baño para 4 personas. Esta pequeña unidad linda se encuentra en la parte trasera de nuestra propiedad en un edificio de una sola planta. Es una escapada tranquila con un solo vecino. Hay una barbacoa y mesa de picnic ubicada fuera de la puerta principal. La gran piscina y el paseo de la playa es un paseo muy corto para disfrutar. A los niños les encantará el parque infantil ubicado en la parte delantera de la propiedad. Donde hay parrillas y mesas para barbacoa adicionales. Los contenedores de basura proporcionan el estacionamiento para botes en la parte delantera de la propiedad. Tenemos una mesa de limpieza de pescado ubicada frente a la oficina. Nuestra pasarela de playa lo llevará al marcador de playa # 3 y a un día divertido bajo el sol. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar y está abierta al comedor y la sala de estar. Hay una gran televisión de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con capacidad para 4. El dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen, un televisor de pantalla plana con acceso a Netflix, Hulu y otros canales de transmisión. El baño se encuentra fuera de la habitación con una ducha con azulejos personalizados y un gran armario.
Nuestra propiedad está a poca distancia, en bicicleta o en carrito de golf de las tiendas en Port A.

Perfect for a small family.

We have stayed at several places over the years for our family beach trip. This one is definitely the best so far. This will be our go to location for the annual Port A trip. Reasonably priced, great location and amenities.

The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to the beach. The property manager answered all my questions quickly. The best part about this property was the large pool that went to 8 ft deep. We would stay at this condo again if we were visiting Port Aransas again.

Our stay was awesome. The only disappointment was that from the description & pictures, I expected the location to be farther from the condos, more isolated. And the bbq out front needs some attention. But overall would stay again. Thx

Perfect beach get away

We have stayed at Sea Isle numerous times over the past 20yrs & they have never disappointed us. We've had large family groups of 10, all the way down to just our family of 3...we've enjoyed our stay every time!! It's a perfect location & view of the beach!

Great spot!

Love staying at Sea Isle Village! It’s a great location with easy beach access. The unit was very nice and clean. Just right for hubby and I. The parking spot is a little tight for full size pickup, however property manager was very accommodating and found another spot. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a very clean and nice one bedroom condo. The a/c worked great. I wish they would of had coffee filters. The bedroom tv didn’t work, but other than a couple things, it was a great condo.

Great for its location.

The location was perfect. The owners/property manager were very nice and communicated well. They provided us with extra trash bags and dishwasher pods when needed which many places won’t offer. The pool was very nice and clean and the playground equipment was wonderful for my one year old. The condo was wonderfully clean except the floor. It was so dirty it turned our feet completely black in a matter of minutes. We had to wear our shoes around the condo the whole time to keep from having to clean our feet off all the time. The furniture was also very uncomfortable. We didn’t use it a whole lot, usually just while my son napped, but the couch and little chair in the living room was so hard it was almost better to just sit on the floor. The beds were also rock hard. I was 5 months pregnant and could not get comfortable any of the nights and my dad, who is older, also had trouble sleeping. The photos posted made the place look a lot more cozy than it was. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we both felt the furniture could be a little nicer for the price.

Nice little spot

This condo was very nice. For booking a last minute vacation we were very pleased with the location and the hostess. If you are tall and walk like Sasquatch, like my husband, you can make it to the beach in 6 minutes. If you are vertically challenged, like myself, and have kids,then it’s true it will take you about 13 minutes to walk to the beach. The Beds are on the harder side and the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work, but these two things aren’t enough for us to not come back to this condo. Thanks for a great stay!
