Air conditioning was very poor, all my clothes were damp and so was all the furniture and bedding in the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. Good breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was cool, staff were awesome. Food was mediocre, restaurant had little to offer and what it did offer was awful. Drinks were powdered juices tasted like, in a tropical setting we were expecting at least fresh squeezed beverages. Limited supplies, ran out of lime after 2 drinks. I would not stay here again for that reason alone. Steps into the pool were rough on feet, coushins were covered in bird poo. Towels were nice.

Walking distance to Coron port, which is great for taking an early ferry. Our room was clean and well appointed. However, the bed was so rock hard that we are convinced it was a box spring and not actually a mattress. It was painful to lie on and we had very little, very poor sleep. The hotel put on a very good buffet breakfast. One gentleman who waits on diners was attentive and friendly. Other staff at the hotel were indifferent.

bed are absolutely terrible is like sleeping on a box spring! you're better of sleeping ing the floor i asked the hotel staff if they can change the mattress and they said no. and the. i asked if i can pay for a better room and said the bed are the same in every room. "beautiful hotel overall is a same about the bed the most important thing"

This hotel is one of the best in the area. However, as one of the best hotel in Coron, Palawan, they should provide a convenient way to get the area tours provided by the 3rd party for an option to use credit cards as form of payment instead of using cash for safety and convenience to every travellers around the world.
