There was one problem after the next, wasn't able to get in when we first arrive due to a dead door coder, wasn't able to use Wi-Fi, couldn't access the heater, two of the TV didn't work so one of the rooms setup for kids wasn't able to used, they didn't have any soaps when we first arrived housekeeping brought some on second day of arrival and some areas of house wasn't clean and some areas was dusty. Some of the the issues Kees did try to address but it was an owner situation that they had no control over.
We requested compensation for all the issues that we ran into but we haven't got any word back on it as of yet.
