My room was upgraded to a business class room which I was extremely surprised with. Really big room with a huge view. Excellent comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic as always. Breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of classic Irish breakfast to continental pastries and fruit.

Hotel is Fabulous. Specially for someone who is looking for comfortable accomodation for one night stay. Food in Restaurant Great with variety of choices, professional staff, room very clean and modern. I recommend to enyone who is looking for rest while being in Cork. Unfortunately i didn’t have any Opportunity to use other features of the Radisson in Cork. Nothing else to say.

Stayed in this hotel for one night over the Christmas season. It's a lovely hotel with modern facilities. It is warm and welcoming. Child friendly as we saw a few families enjoying there night. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially Sandra O'Connell whose customer service skills are 5* an asset to this hotel. Would love to return here for another visit.

Thankyou to all the staff at the radisson for making our Christmas once again special. It is really a pleasure to walk through those front doors and know that we are once again going to spend time with friends that we have met before. We are both looking forward to next Christmas already. Thankyou once again to everyone.

I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Trust for many times and I found it good every single time, however having booked this option for our Christmas break was the worst decision I have ever made. We paid 190E per couple ONLY for the Christmas lunch which started at 13:30pm , which included 3 course meal -there was no more dessert left anyway and by 2:45pm we were told by one of the restaurant staff that we had to clear out as the next sitting for 3pm was ariving. The "duty manager of the restaurant" was extremely rude, unprofessional, no customer service whatsoever and no matter how much we tried, we could barely understand what she was saying as she found it very hard to articulate words in English. One of the worst things was that one of the staff -"human error" had used my bank credit details and charged me AGAIN for the price of the Christmas lunch and when I confronted the same "duty manager" lady she was EXTREMELY DISMISSIVE, left us sitting there like idiots for 45 minutes without any apologies, was very rude, unprofessional WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. In the same category of poorly educated staff, I would also include one staff at the reception, Pavel/Patrick by the name. He was unbelievably unhelpful, dismissive and utterly disrespectful. People that were staying on the same floor as us were smoking Weed for 3 days in a row and we constantly complained about it, however apart from being laughed about, patronised and dismissed, nothing ever happened. The shower tap wasn't working, a steel cover in the bathroom was broken and was literally a health and safety issue, there were thick layers of dust on the walls, the room was cold, our room was cleaned once in a 4 day stay and our sheets had stains of dry blood on them. Never ever in my whole life have I experienced such poor service, rude, illiterate staff, with no customer service skills and without any ability to discuss any matter at all. It was a horrible stay and I would advise anybody to think twice before going there, unless they want to be robbed of their card details and of their dignity!!!!!

On arrival at the Radisson Blu hotel in Cork for Christmas Eve and Christmas night, we were greeted by an extremely pleasant and polite young lady. We booked a business class room on the second floor and were very happy with the room, particularly the balcony, which was bigger than the room and that was rather large. Christmas morning, and we headed down for breakfast, and yet again, the staff were polite and very helpful in guiding you around all the goodies you could have for breakfast. My husband then went for a swim in the almost empty swimming pool that has great power jets for weary bones! St. Stephen's day, down for another yummy breakfast and this time, I discovered the pancake maker, oh, I was in heaven. There is nothing more splendid than pancakes with tonnes of Nutella spread all over them, yum, yum, yum. Husband went for another dip, but it was quite busy, but you can't have your way all the time. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us and many others with such charm and grace, when they should be at home with their loved ones. Once again, thank you and we will be back again next year. (also spent last Christmas there too)

Very nice hotel interior. Check-in was fast and very welcoming. Rooms very clean and really well equipped and maintained. Bathroom very good too. Breakfast food was excellent and bar food too. Staff very attentive and very nice. They even had a special kiddies breakfast buffet which I have never seen before (see photo) - brilliant. Two challenges we had were that the sheets were too small for the twin beds, consequently the bed unravelled as you slept and you ended sleeping directly on the mattress which was not so nice. Secondly there was a wedding in the hotel with loud music till' after 2am. Not a problem in itself, but perhaps on check-in we should have been asked were we with the wedding party (not) and given a room in a quieter quarter.

My wife, young son and I made an impromptu stay here when a function we were attending ran over, the hotel has a really nice atmosphere and we had dinner with guests in the dining room one evening. The Hotel is in a convenient location and it is shielded by the trees from the road, food was very nice, facilities are fabulous and staff are so friendly. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Very clean and food was lovely! Staff were very nice to our children and they loved the hotel too!! Would definitely return to the hotel in the future.would recommend the hotel for families.

Stayed here on Dec 2nd for one night as we were attending a wedding in the area and the wedding venue was full. I booked 2 rooms, one for myself and hubby and one for another couple attending the wedding with us. Checked in shortly after 3 and although the reception was very busy, we were dealt with in a very efficient and friendly manner. Our room was lovely and spacious and very well equipped. Our friends checked in shortly before us and got a room upgrade to business class which they said was lovely too and were impressed with the free breakfast. We returned from the wedding in the early hours and decided to have a drink in the bar, which was very busy, but shortly after sitting down, we had a young gentleman sit in beside us who had far to much to drink and was quite arguementative so we cut our losses and went to bed. At 5 am the room next door decided to bring the party upstairs and that was the end of our sleep. We knocked on the door several times but were ignored, at 8 I phoned reception to complain. Thankfully they departed the room about 9.30 and we got an hours sleep. This is not a cheap hotel, and my money is too hard earned to have it wasted. On check out I got an apology and was told a manager would contact me, but that hasn't happened. Its my own fault that I prepaid for the room, because some form of discount would have been appreciated. So, room 1 were delighted with their stay, room 2, not so much.
