The publicity makes a great deal of their chesterfield furniture, yet when you try to sit on one with a drink you have bought from the bar, you are told that half of the bar is closed, you can use a booth. Oh but not the one you have chosen. The place is run for the staff not the residents. The clock in the room tells you the time - in New Zealand!

Everything was amazing. We stopped by early in the day and Michael helped us stow our luggage. Came back later in the evening and Aisling helped us with check in. Breakfast was worth the extra charge. The room was clean and comfortable. Aisling helped us again with checkout and got us set up for the shuttle to the airport.
